I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, and offer a personalized approach in order to help the client attain the personal growth they’re striving for. My counseling approach incorporates a Biblical model of counseling, in conjunction with an Eclectic therapeutic approach, to include Restoration therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This approach allows for a more tailored and customized approach that best responds to the needs of the client. We will walk together and work together for “PROGRESS – NOT PERFECTION”.
While there are many available options within an Eclectic approach, the Biblical approach provides a Christ centered foundation, a reliance upon the infallible Word of God, and the power of prayer to surpass the limitations of man. I will not impose by beliefs on you and will not assume that you want spiritual interventions in counseling. Only with your permission will I incorporate scripture or prayer into our sessions.
Grief Support Group
After the death of a loved one you do not have to be alone on your grief journey. I facilitate a grief support group for adult men and women who have experienced the loss of a spouse, parent, sibling, relative, or friend…
And you are welcome to join.
Days: Monday Evenings (14 weeks)
Fees: $20.00 per cycle
Time: 6:30 – 8:30pm
